With such demand for new homes, we are completing all within 4-6 months.

BLUEHAVEN is happy to work with all agents, it is not necessary to have one. Our New Home Advisors are here to assist through the building/purchasing process.
Once the home is completed, your New Home Advisor will coordinate with the agent (if applicable), lender, and the title company to set an closing appointment to meet your needs. Once all lender closing documents have been signed and all money has been received at the title company, the documents will be sent back to your lender for final approval. This process can take from 2-4 hours, but rest assured everyone is working to review as quickly as possible. Once your lender gives the funding authorization to the title company, they will give you the keys to your new BLUEHAVEN Home!
We do have a list of upgrades to choose from and will also review any other requested upgrades. As we are not a custom builder, we do not generally deviate from our actual floorplan layout.
In Amarillo, we are currently building in Heritage Hills, Tradewind Square and Hillside Terrace. Our Dallas division is currently building Lakepointe in Lavon just off Hwy 78 with more communities to come.
